Baked by Cheffrey calls the City of Brotherly Love home. The unique, energetic, and diverse culture Philadelphia offers is woven into every mouth watering cake, pastry, chocolate, and more! The food we eat — and the way we eat it — changes with the seasons; therefore, we strive to bake with natural, organic, and sustainable ingredients. This fuels our creativity and gives us freedom to offer an ever changing menu that we love to make and you’ll love to eat.

Culinary and Pastry Arts have been my biggest passion in life for as long as I can remember. It all started when I was very young. I was gifted a play kitchen and became enamored with it, always cooking fake plastic food for my family. It wasn’t long before I was helping my parents in the real kitchen.
In high school, I was given the opportunity to chase this dream of mine and acquire my first taste of professional training at NMTCC. It was then I decided that one day I would open my own bakery. My passion continued by furthering my education at the Pennsylvania College of Technology, graduating with dual degrees in pastry arts and business management summa cum laude.
My entire career has been spent in the kitchen constantly working towards one of my biggest life goals: opening my own bakery. Now with over 12 years of experience under my belt, the artistic creativity that lies within me is eager to be shared with the world. Thus, Baked by Cheffrey was born.
